You can submit an open records request for other county records. An open records request is simply an official request to view particular public government or agency documents. There is a portal through the county website to search most records online. If you cannot locate a record, you can request records from the Custodian of Records for that specific department.

Records from the Council can be requested from the County Clerk.

Deeds, which are legal documents regarding the ownership of property or legal rights, can be obtained from the County Recorder. Deeds can also be searched through the County Recorder’s website.
